Where is Amoira jewelry made?
Our jewelry is handcrafted in Colombia by women artisans. Each piece reflects the craftsmanship, creativity, and attention to detail of the women who bring Amoira to life.
What materials are used in Amoira jewelry?
Our jewelry is handcrafted using a variety of materials, including metal alloys such as zamak, brass, and steel, as well as beads and other decorative elements depending on the design. Select pieces are finished with 24K gold or silver plating and may be sealed with a protective cataphoretic lacquer to help preserve their finish and shine. Please refer to each product page for the specific materials and finish used in that piece.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your Amoira pieces looking their best, avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. Gently clean with a soft, dry cloth and store each piece separately.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within the United States usually takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
What are your shipping charges?
Standard shipping is $4.99. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more. Shipping options and applicable charges are displayed at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn and unused jewelry within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive defective. Please contact us before sending a return so we can guide you through the process.
Are Amoira pieces made in limited quantities?
Yes. Amoira pieces are thoughtfully released in small batches and limited quantities. Once a style sells out, it is not restocked, making each drop intentionally limited.
